The MOLYSLIP ALUMSLIP is a mineral oil-based, copper-free anti-seize grease specially formulated to protect fasteners and joints from seizure, even under extreme conditions. It can withstand temperatures up to 650°C, providing exceptional protection against pressure and corrosion.
ALUMSLIP is designed to be free of copper, lead, sulphides, fluorides, and chlorides, making it the ideal choice for applications where copper could lead to galvanic corrosion. It is perfect for use on all types of studs, nuts, bolts, and threaded connections, including turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, boiler inspection points, and furnace bolts.
For optimal results, apply a thin layer (approximately 0.1mm) to clean, dry surfaces free from oil or contamination. Additionally, this product includes the GT85 multi-purpose PTFE spray lubricant, which is perfect for lubricating bike chains, derailleurs, and other metal and composite parts, offering a long-lasting protective coating.
