LtYioe portable mini humidifier – bedroom, car & office (black)
If dry air is leaving your mornings a bit scratchy, or your skin and houseplants feeling a tad parched, this little humidifier is a handy fix. Compact, fuss-free and USB-powered, it’s easy to pop on a bedside table, slide into a car cup holder or plug in at your desk. Perfect for anyone who wants a bit more moisture around without any faff.
Why this suits daily life
It uses ultrasonic tech to produce a fine, cool mist and is whisper-quiet (around 26 dB), so it won’t disturb sleep or concentration. There are two spray modes — continuous for steady output or intermittent to stretch the runtime — and the 300 ml tank gives roughly 4–6 hours depending on the setting. Handy for a night’s use or a long journey.
Features and how to use
- USB powered – plugs into laptops, phone chargers, power banks or car USB sockets; no special plug required.
- One-button control – short presses cycle spray modes; a long press toggles the soft night light and the seven-colour cycle.
- Auto shut-off – the humidifier switches off when the water level is low, so there’s less to worry about overnight.
- Quiet ultrasonic mist – produces a gentle, cool spray that helps with dry air, skin and basic plant care.
- Child-friendly night light – a soft glow or colour cycle so youngsters aren’t spooked in the dark.

Practical tips and common questions
- Don’t use essential oils in the tank — oils can clog the ultrasonic element and damage seals.
- If it doesn’t spray straight away, fully wet the cotton wick and fill the tank to about 90%.
- Tap water or mineral water usually works well; distilled water can give a lower spray height and a less visible mist (opinions vary, so try what suits your environment).
- Replace the cotton wick if it becomes hard or dirty. If mist stops, check the small spring under the wick — a missing or dislodged spring can prevent absorption.
- Use the supplied USB cable and avoid fast-charging adaptors — over-voltage can damage the unit and cause a burnt smell.
Some worry this isn’t powerful enough for a large room — and fair play, it isn’t meant to be a whole-room humidifier. It’s brilliant for small spaces, desks, bedside use and cars. If you need long-term, whole-house moisture, look at a larger model; but for portable relief, this one does the trick. Simple, affordable and makes dry days a bit more comfortable.
