This high-quality PTFE Lithium Grease from Hagen Automation is specially formulated for use in robots and 3D printers. With a compact size of 17.5g, it is ideal for Z-axis lubrication, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
For optimal results, ensure that all surfaces are clean before application. If heavily contaminated, clean with isopropyl alcohol and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin line of grease directly to the threads of the lead screw, then move the Z-axis up and down repeatedly to ensure an even coating. Remember, less is more; do not overgrease, as a thin, even layer is sufficient to prevent fling and contamination.
This grease operates effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to +220°C and meets various performance standards, making it suitable for a wide array of applications beyond just robotics and 3D printing.
